Our Booking & Motel Policies
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
The reservation is confirmed only on receipt of deposit of first night's accommodation, which may be taken at the time of the booking.
Full payment for the stay will be required at check in.
All credit card transactions will incur a 2% fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any reservation within 7 days of check-in will incur a cancellation & administrative fee of $20.00.
Thereafter, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in full loss of deposit - unless we can resell your accommodation.
No refunds should guests alter or leave before reserved departure date.
The above 48 hr policy does not include group or multi-unit bookings and some peak weekends - refer to manager at time of reservation.
Checkin Policy
Check-in can happen any time after 2.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. If you are going to be arriving later that is not a problem, we can organise a late check in. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can organise this.
